Welcome to the West Valley of the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area

Sisters Meredith Flinn and Judy Baerg are real estate agents who work in the communities that are generally referred to as the Northwest Valley of the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Meredith and Judy are both homeowners in Sun City, AZ.

Meredith was deputy city manager of Peoria, AZ for 17 years, retiring in 2006. She has extensive knowledge of the Northwest Valley and has been an enthusiastic real estate agent since 2007. She is active in Soroptimist International of Valley of the Sun and serves on the board of the Arizona Broadway Theatre.

Judy moved to the Northwest Valley after serving as training director for the Panama Canal Commission and subsequently managing national medical associations. Since arriving here in 2001 she has been active in numerous organizations and served as interim President/CEO of the Northwest Valley (now Surprise Regional) Chamber of Commerce. Judy is on the board of Soroptimist International of Valley of the Sun.
